We hope you are delighted with your Mackintosh purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is included for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and affix the pre-paid return label provided in your original delivery.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Take your package to a designated courier drop-off point or schedule a complimentary home collection through our logistics partner.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
